I will also send some letter to Mr. President Bush of the USA. This will be sent because his country is very valuable as an ally. If they could lend me an army, Luxembourg would be given a royal ass-beating.

3. I will also send a letter to random people in Luxembourg.

This will be the propaganda segment of the plan. Please note that I will send these as soon as I get some addresses for people there and when I get some change to buy stamps.

This portion of the plan is bound to succeed since information is the best weapon against ignorance (except guns).
